Overhead Supply is a criteria to very simply look at the overall well-being of a candidate. The supply is not categorized by percent. All of the holders at a previous higher price are the 'overhead supply' - think of it as an avalanche that can come crashing down. The steeper and closer the slope, the more dangerous. No one knows what price will do, the TOP SCORE criteria is to quickly cull out possible candidates. In 2000 SQNM sold at $573.00, that is steep overhead, and it is far away. The yellowed out part on this chart is also overhead, not so steep and fairly recent. We do not know what price will do, but we can manage risk.
